Making an Impression
Impress with Words.
The function of your text is to provide information, but words can do much more than that. They can persuade, they can impress, and they always forge a customers perception of the business behind them. If the words are good, then people will percieve your business as being good. If you words are bad, then you have problems. Mistakes in corporate literature don't leave the customer admiring your accuracy and attention to detail.
This is a problem that is hard to fix. Once those mistakes are printed and published, they cannot be recalled. Prevention, on the other hand, is simple. Let Inferno write it, or at least correct it before it goes to print, and avoid all these problems.
